Senior Director of FP&A
Job Summary
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the full-time remote Senior Director of FP&A will oversee the annual planning process, develop financial models to forecast company performance, and lead financial analysis to provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the annual and long-term planning process, quarterly forecasts, and monthly close and reporting
- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast company performance
- Lead the financial analysis of business decisions and provide recommendations to the CFO and executive leadership
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance and/or FP&A functions
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a quantitative field
- Experience with financial forecasting and business partnering
- Proficiency with ERP and FP&A planning tools; experience with NetSuite and OneStream preferred
- Background in corporate leadership development programs or investment banking preferred
