Seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior Director of Global Pricing, the full-time remote role will establish global pricing frameworks and execute strategies to support an emerging oncology portfolio, partnering with various teams to ensure compliant, launch-ready execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish global pricing architecture, including list-price strategy and governance processes
- Develop integrated pricing and reimbursement strategies in collaboration with Global Market Access
- Lead the creation of global price business cases and financial models to support pricing decisions
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, MBA, or equivalent) in Health Economics, Public Policy, Life Sciences, or related field
- 12+ years of experience in global pricing, market access, or health economics within the biopharmaceutical industry
- Deep understanding of global pricing and reimbursement systems across various markets
- Proven track record of influencing senior leadership and driving strategic decisions
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing high-performing teams
