Senior Director of Government Programs

Job Summary

To drive strategic growth in government contracts, the full-time Senior Director of Government Programs will manage P&L for key contracts, oversee operational staff, and ensure timely delivery of contract requirements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage operational staff for government contract delivery and oversee multiple complex program tasks
• Plan, budget, and manage government contracts, ensuring revenue and growth targets are met
• Develop strategic business objectives and maintain primary client relationships to enhance contract performance and satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree (MBA or healthcare-related) preferred
• 10+ years of account management experience in a healthcare insurance environment, with Medicaid and Medicare experience desired
• 5+ years of experience in government program integrity/payment integrity
• 5+ years of project management experience, with a PMP certification preferred
• Knowledge of Federal and State Government Healthcare Contracting and relevant regulations
