Senior Director of GTM Operations

Job Summary

To build the operating system behind growth, the full-time remote Senior Director of GTM Operations will manage metrics, systems, and commercial operations, integrating functions across Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships while presenting results to the Executive Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Instrument the full customer journey and define the GTM data model for accurate metrics across departments
• Design and run forecasting rhythms, presenting results and guidance to the Executive Leadership Team each quarter
• Develop AI-driven reporting and analysis, ensuring automated insights are accessible across the GTM organization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, GTM operations, or GTM strategy at a growth-stage B2B SaaS company
• Proven experience building functions, systems, or processes from scratch
• Deep understanding of AI tooling and experience deploying AI tools in operational workflows
• Hands-on experience with comp design, territory and quota planning, and CRM administration
• Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics and forecasting methodologies
