Job Summary
Leading a large team of software engineers, the full-time Senior Director of HCM Engineering will set the strategic direction for HCM product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate a strategic roadmap for HCM Engineering aligned with business goals
- Lead and grow high-performing engineering teams responsible for delivering and supporting Workday HCM
