Senior Director of HR Practices

Job Summary

Leading HR practices and employee relations, the full-time Senior Director of HR Practices will manage manager services, oversee employee relations, and maintain HR policy and handbook management in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for managers, providing guidance on HR processes and supporting performance calibration and onboarding
• Design and manage a fair and consistent employee relations framework, including leading workplace investigations and developing training for managers
• Own the HR handbook and policy management, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational practices and legal requirements

Required qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with substantial employee relations and manager support experience
• Demonstrated experience in designing a progressive discipline framework and leading workplace investigations
• Experience managing an HR handbook and driving policy development and implementation
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR best practices
