Senior Director of Human Resources
Job Summary
To lead HR initiatives across the US and Canada, the full-time remote Senior Director of Human Resources will manage HR Business Partners, develop employee-oriented strategies, and ensure compliance with employment laws while fostering a high-performance culture.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs aligned with strategic goals
- Provide guidance on employee relations, retention, and compliance with labor laws
- Direct HR Business Partners and collaborate on strategic HR projects, including M&A initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 15+ years of leadership HR experience in roles of HR Manager and above
- 5+ years of supervisory experience
- Experience managing HR functions in a unionized organization
- Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
