Senior Director of ICSR

Job Summary

Managing the ICSR Management Unit, the full-time Senior Director of ICSR will oversee project teams, ensure resource allocation and productivity, and support the management of Associate Directors while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the ICSR Management Unit and ensuring effective resource allocation to maximize productivity
• Setting and reviewing productivity targets for ongoing projects and reallocating resources as necessary
• Training and mentoring ICSR Line Managers and senior staff while preparing analyses and reports

Required qualifications

• Life science graduate or equivalent qualification in pharmacy, nursing, or healthcare related field
• Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance case processing, including post-marketing and clinical
• Demonstrated leadership experience at a senior level
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office
• Experience in managing project budgets and resource allocations
