Senior Director of ICSR

Job Summary

Managing the ICSR Management Unit, the full-time Senior Director of ICSR will oversee project teams, ensure resource allocation for optimal productivity, and support staff management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the ICSR Management Unit and ensuring effective resource utilization
• Setting productivity targets and reallocating resources based on performance analyses
• Training and mentoring ICSR Line Managers and senior staff while preparing reports and analyses

Required qualifications

• Life science graduate or equivalent qualification in pharmacy, nursing, or healthcare
• Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance case processing, including post-marketing and clinical
• Demonstrated leadership experience at a senior level
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and technical skills relevant to the role
• Experience in business development activities within the pharmacovigilance field
