Senior Director of ICSR
Job Summary
Managing the ICSR Management Unit, the full-time Senior Director of ICSR will oversee project teams, ensure resource allocation for maximum productivity, and provide leadership and support to Associate Directors while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the ICSR Management Unit and ensure all activities are delivered effectively
- Set productivity targets for projects and analyze workload for optimal resource allocation
- Train and mentor ICSR Line Managers and senior staff while preparing analyses and reports
Required qualifications
- Life science graduate or equivalent qualification in pharmacy, nursing, or healthcare
- Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance case processing, including post-marketing and clinical
- Demonstrated senior leadership experience in a relevant field
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and technical skills related to the role
- Strong management skills, including delegation and time management abilities
