Senior Director of ICSR Management

Job Summary

Managing the ICSR Management Unit, the full-time Senior Director of ICSR Management will ensure optimal productivity and resource allocation while overseeing staff management and project budget reviews in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the ICSR Management Unit and manage Associate Directors to ensure productivity and resource utilization
• Set and review productivity targets for ongoing projects, reallocating resources as necessary
• Prepare analyses and reports while supporting business development and HR activities related to recruitment and performance evaluation

Required qualifications

• Life science graduate or equivalent qualification in pharmacy, nursing, or healthcare-related fields
• Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance case processing, including post-marketing and clinical
• Demonstrated leadership experience at a senior level
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and technical skills
• Experience in training and mentoring staff within the ICSR domain
