Senior Director of Implementation

Job Summary

To lead strategic and operational initiatives, the full-time Senior Director of Implementation will manage implementation functions, oversee team performance, and ensure coordinated execution of regulatory, technology, vendor, and operational workstreams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and influence enterprise priorities into integrated portfolio plans and manage execution performance for the assigned portfolio
• Directly lead and develop the Implementation Manager and Sr. Regulatory Implementation Manager, establishing goals and performance measures
• Oversee implementation governance standards and methodologies, ensuring compliance and readiness for operational transitions

Required qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in implementation, program management, or healthcare operations, with 4-5 years in people leadership
• Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional portfolios with regulatory and operational dependencies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Advanced knowledge of project management methods, including Agile and Waterfall
• Experience in healthcare, managed care, or healthcare technology environments, preferably Medicare Advantage
