Senior Director of Implementation

Job Summary

Driving the implementation of complex voluntary claims and operations, the full-time remote Senior Director of Implementation will manage value streams, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enhance customer experience while ensuring high performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation management teams to deliver a differentiated customer experience
• Utilize industry knowledge to influence service delivery and marketplace offerings
• Develop tools and service delivery models to support new products across all employee benefits lines of business

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 8+ years of client management experience and 2+ years in a leadership role
• Certifications in voluntary benefits, project management, lean management, and change management preferred
• Experience in developing metrics and applying data for business improvement
• Strong understanding of revenue drivers, profitability, and client retention
