Job Summary
Leading a global team of Implementation Specialists and Project Managers, the remote Senior Director of Implementation Services will architect and optimize Prove's implementation strategy, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for clients while reducing Time to Live (TTL) and enhancing implementation margins.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and grow a global implementation function to support Prove's aggressive growth
- Synchronize diverse roles within the implementation function for seamless delivery and execution
- Identify and remove friction points in the onboarding lifecycle, implementing automation and standardized integration playbooks
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation, or Solutions Engineering within a high-growth SaaS or FinTech environment
- At least 5+ years of experience managing a global, distributed workforce
- Proven track record of reducing onboarding timelines for complex API-driven products
- Deep understanding of identity, authentication, and the financial services industry's technical requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
