Senior Director of Implementations

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership for Envi's Project Management organization, the full-time Senior Director of Implementations will oversee implementation performance and operational effectiveness while developing scalable strategies and enhancing client outcomes in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop high-performing teams within Envi's Project Management organization, setting clear performance expectations and talent development priorities
• Define and execute implementation strategies that align resources and operational priorities with client needs and business objectives
• Oversee the evolution of implementation methodologies, standardizing workflows to improve efficiency and productivity

Required qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred
• 10 or more years of relevant experience required
• Extensive experience in leading implementation or project management operations in complex environments
• Demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams through coaching and performance management
• Strong strategic planning and operational leadership skills with experience in developing scalable methodologies
