Senior Director of Information Security

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on cybersecurity leader, the full-time Senior Director of Information Security will manage and mature a scalable security program across diverse SaaS products, collaborating with various teams to align security with business innovation while effectively managing cyber risks, in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engineering-first security architecture and DevSecOps practices
• Lead incident response and threat hunting initiatives to modernize the Security Operations Center
• Drive continuous compliance automation and maintain a centralized risk governance framework

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• 12+ years of leadership experience in multiple information security domains, including cloud and software platform security
• 6+ years of direct people leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology companies
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure-as-Code, and container orchestration
• Proven track record in designing and executing continuous compliance programs under various regulatory frameworks
