Senior Director of Information Security

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity strategy, the full-time Senior Director of Information Security will manage a scalable security program for multiple SaaS products, collaborating with various teams to balance innovation and cyber risk management in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive security architecture and DevSecOps practices across all platforms
• Lead incident response efforts and modernization of the Security Operations Center, enhancing threat detection and cyber resiliency
• Drive continuous compliance automation and maintain an enterprise-wide risk governance framework

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 12+ years of leadership experience in information security, with a focus on cloud and software platform security
• 6+ years of direct people leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology companies
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and security tools, including SIEM and SOAR technologies
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex security risks to C-suite executives and stakeholders
