Senior Director of Information Security

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity landscape, the full-time Senior Director of Information Security will manage the development of a scalable security program for a diverse portfolio of SaaS products, collaborating with various departments to balance strategic planning with operational execution in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the engineering-first security architecture and implement security-as-code practices across platforms
• Direct incident response and cyber resiliency efforts, including the modernization of the Security Operations Center
• Develop and execute multi-year cybersecurity strategic plans aligned with business priorities and compliance requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
• 12+ years of leadership experience in information security, including cloud and software platform security
• 6+ years of direct people leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology environments
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and modern security tools
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex security risks to executive leadership and stakeholders
