Senior Director of Information Security

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity initiative, the full-time Senior Director of Information Security will manage a hands-on security program that aligns with business objectives, overseeing security architecture, incident response, and compliance for a diverse portfolio of SaaS products, with the option to work remotely or in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a scalable security program, partnering with various business units to ensure security enables innovation
• Lead incident response efforts, including modernization of the Security Operations Center and crisis management
• Drive continuous compliance automation and maintain a centralized risk governance framework

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 12+ years of leadership experience in information security, with a focus on cloud security and software platform security
• 6+ years of direct people leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology environments
• Demonstrated technical expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure and incident response operations
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security risks to C-suite executives
