Senior Director of Information Security

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity initiative, the full-time Senior Director of Information Security will manage a scalable security program for diverse SaaS products, collaborating with various teams to ensure innovation while effectively managing cyber risk in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive security architecture, integrating security practices into the software development lifecycle
• Lead incident response efforts and modernize the Security Operations Center, enhancing detection and threat hunting capabilities
• Drive continuous compliance automation and maintain an auditable enterprise Risk Register to support regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in information security, including cloud and software platform security
• 6+ years of experience in direct people leadership roles within high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology companies
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and automated security tools, including SIEM/SOAR pipelines
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex security risks to C-suite executives and Board Audit Committees
