Senior Director of Information Security

Job Summary

To support a diverse portfolio of SaaS products, the full-time Senior Director of Information Security will manage the development of a scalable security program, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals while overseeing incident response and compliance initiatives in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of security architecture and DevSecOps practices across multiple business units
• Direct the modernization of the Security Operations Center (SOC) and enhance incident response capabilities
• Develop and execute multi-year cybersecurity strategic plans that align security investments with business priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline
• 12+ years of leadership experience in information security, including cloud security and incident response
• 6+ years of direct people leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology companies
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and security automation tools
• Proven ability to communicate complex security risks to C-suite executives and Board Audit Committees
