Senior Director of Information Security

Job Summary

To lead a transformative security strategy, the full-time Senior Director of Information Security will manage a scalable security program for a diverse portfolio of SaaS products, collaborating with various teams to balance innovation and cyber risk management in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engineering-first security architecture and DevSecOps practices
• Direct incident response and threat detection initiatives, modernizing the Security Operations Center
• Establish continuous compliance automation and risk governance frameworks to support regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• 12+ years of leadership experience in information security, with a focus on cloud and software platform security
• 6+ years of direct people leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology companies
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and security tools
• Strong ability to communicate complex security risks to C-suite executives and stakeholders
