Senior Director of Information Security

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on cybersecurity leader, the full-time Senior Director of Information Security will manage the development of a scalable security program for a diverse portfolio of SaaS products, collaborating with multiple teams to balance strategic planning and operational execution in a remote or hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the modernization of the Security Operations Center (SOC) and lead incident response efforts
• Establish and enforce security baselines and automated compliance across cloud infrastructure and applications
• Develop multi-year cybersecurity strategic plans aligned with business priorities and support M&A activities from a security perspective

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in information security domains, including cloud and software platform security
• 6+ years of direct people leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology environments
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and security automation tools
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex security risks in business terms to C-suite executives
