Senior Director of Information Security

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity initiative, the full-time Senior Director of Information Security will manage a scalable security program for diverse SaaS products, collaborating with multiple departments to balance strategic planning with operational execution in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement security architecture and DevSecOps practices, ensuring platform security and compliance
• Lead incident response and threat hunting efforts, modernizing the Security Operations Center and enhancing detection capabilities
• Foster a culture of security across business units by embedding security teams in product development and promoting continuous compliance automation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline
• 12+ years of leadership experience in information security across multiple domains, including cloud and software platform security
• 6+ years of direct people leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology environments
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure-as-Code, and container orchestration technologies
• Proven ability to communicate complex security risks in business terms to C-suite executives and Board Audit Committees
