Senior Director of Information Security

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on cybersecurity leader, the full-time Senior Director of Information Security will manage a scalable security program for a diverse portfolio of SaaS products, partnering with multiple business units to ensure security aligns with innovation and effectively manages cyber risk, with the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement engineering-first security architecture and DevSecOps practices
• Lead incident response and cyber resiliency initiatives, including modernization of the Security Operations Center
• Drive continuous compliance automation and maintain a centralized risk governance framework

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• 12+ years of leadership experience in information security domains, including cloud and software platform security
• 6+ years of direct people leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology environments
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure-as-Code tools
• Proven track record in building or modernizing SIEM/SOAR pipelines and incident response operations
