Senior Director of Information Security

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity initiative, the full-time Senior Director of Information Security will manage the development and execution of a scalable security program for a diverse portfolio of SaaS products, collaborating with various business units to balance innovation and cyber risk management in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering-first security architecture and implement DevSecOps practices across the organization
• Direct the modernization of the Security Operations Center (SOC) and incident response processes to enhance cyber resiliency
• Develop multi-year cybersecurity strategic plans aligned with business priorities and support mergers and acquisitions from a security perspective

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 12+ years of leadership experience in multiple information security domains, including cloud security and incident response
• 6+ years of direct people leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology companies
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure-as-Code, and container orchestration
• Proven track record in designing and executing continuous compliance programs under relevant regulatory frameworks
