Senior Director of Information Security

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity initiative, the full-time Senior Director of Information Security will manage a scalable security program for a diverse portfolio of SaaS products, collaborating with various teams to balance strategic planning with operational execution in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement engineering-first security architecture and DevSecOps practices
• Direct incident response efforts and enhance the Security Operations Center (SOC) for 24x7 detection and threat hunting
• Lead continuous compliance automation initiatives to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across multiple frameworks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in information security, with a focus on cloud and software platform security
• 6+ years of direct people leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology environments
• Hands-on engineering experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and related security tools
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex security risks to C-suite executives and Board Audit Committees
