Senior Director of Information Security

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity initiative, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Information Security will manage a scalable security program across multiple SaaS products, partnering with various teams to balance strategic planning and operational execution in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement security architecture and DevSecOps practices to enhance platform security
• Lead incident response efforts and modernize the Security Operations Center with advanced detection and threat hunting capabilities
• Drive continuous compliance automation and maintain a centralized risk governance framework

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• 12+ years of leadership experience in information security, with a strong focus on cloud and software platform security
• 6+ years of direct people leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology companies
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure-as-Code, and container orchestration
• Proven ability to communicate complex security risks in business terms to executive leadership
