Senior Director of Information Security

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity program, the full-time Senior Director of Information Security will manage a scalable security strategy for a diverse portfolio of SaaS products, collaborating with various teams to ensure security enables innovation while mitigating cyber risks, with the option to work remotely or in a hybrid setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of security architecture and implement security-as-code practices across platforms
• Oversee incident response and threat detection, modernizing the Security Operations Center (SOC) and enhancing automation
• Drive continuous compliance initiatives and maintain a centralized risk governance framework

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• 12+ years of leadership experience in information security, with a focus on cloud and software platform security
• 6+ years of direct people leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology environments
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and security tools
• Proven ability to communicate complex security risks to C-suite executives and stakeholders
