Senior Director of Information Security

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity initiative, the full-time Senior Director of Information Security will manage a scalable security program for a diverse portfolio of SaaS products, collaborating with various teams to ensure effective cyber risk management while enabling innovation in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive security architecture and DevSecOps practices across multiple business units
• Lead incident response and threat detection efforts, modernizing the Security Operations Center and optimizing security telemetry
• Establish continuous compliance automation and risk governance frameworks to support regulatory requirements and vendor management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in information security, with a focus on cloud and software platform security
• 6+ years of direct people leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology companies
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and security tools, including SIEM/SOAR pipelines
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex security risks to C-suite executives and Board Audit Committees
