Senior Director of Information Security

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity initiative, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Information Security will manage a scalable security program across multiple SaaS products, collaborating with various teams to balance strategic planning with operational execution in a remote or hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement engineering-first security architecture and DevSecOps practices
• Lead incident response and threat hunting efforts while modernizing the Security Operations Center (SOC)
• Drive continuous compliance automation and maintain an auditable enterprise Risk Register

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• 12+ years of leadership experience in information security, including cloud and software platform security
• 6+ years of direct people leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology companies
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and automation tools like Terraform
• Proven ability to translate complex security risks into business metrics for executives
