Job Summary
Leading the enterprise infrastructure strategy and operations, the full-time Senior Director of Infrastructure Operations will manage cloud, networking, data center, and security infrastructure while ensuring compliance and scalability for 24/7 clinical operations in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year enterprise infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives
- Oversee the enterprise multi-cloud strategy and lead cloud platform engineering initiatives
- Ensure infrastructure meets regulatory compliance and manage business continuity and disaster recovery efforts
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, including 7+ years in leadership roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Expertise in major cloud platforms, preferably AWS and/or GCP, with experience in multi-cloud environments
- Strong background in enterprise networking and security infrastructure
- Experience operating in a regulated industry such as healthcare or medical devices
