Senior Director of Insights
Job Summary
Leading a team of insights professionals, the full-time Senior Director of Insights will manage a portfolio of strategic clients, drive analytics partnerships with Sales, and engage in hands-on data analysis to generate insights that enhance client growth and business value in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary insights and analytics leader for an assigned portfolio of strategic clients and sales partners
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of insights professionals while managing project prioritization and resource allocation
- Conduct complex analyses and develop compelling narratives that connect analytics to business outcomes and strategic opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a related role, with 6+ years in a managerial/leadership capacity and prior experience at the Director level
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
- Proven success in client leadership and relationship building that leads to organic renewal and expansion
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams in developing lasting customer relationships
- Proficiency in data manipulation software and Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
