Senior Director of Insurance Demand
Job Summary
To support a growing P&C insurance marketplace, the full-time Senior Director of Insurance Demand will manage demand relationships with insurance carriers and agencies, oversee lead generation strategies, and collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to drive performance and growth in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own demand relationships with leading P&C insurance carriers, agencies, lead exchanges, and marketplaces
- Manage demand for clicks, call transfers, and data leads, developing direct relationships when advantageous
- Identify new demand opportunities and support the onboarding of new partners or products
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in insurance lead generation, demand partnerships, or business development
- Deep knowledge of the P&C insurance lead generation industry and its landscape
- Established relationships with customer acquisition teams at major P&C carriers and lead exchanges
- Experience working at a major lead exchange or insurance marketplace in the United States
- Fluency in commercial arrangements common in insurance lead generation
