Senior Director of Integrated Solutions

Job Summary

Leading a team of enterprise-level experts, the full-time Senior Director of Integrated Solutions will oversee solution architecture, proposal development, and project execution, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a remote capacity across various states.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of Integrated Solutions process designs and proposal templates
• Manage the proposal development team to create tailored customer solutions and commercial proposals
• Direct project execution to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while managing scope and customer expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Life Sciences, Operations, or a related technical discipline
• Over 10 years of life sciences industry experience, particularly in process engineering and global project execution
• At least 7 years of experience leading complex bioprocessing or engineered-system projects from pre-sale to customer handover
• Progressive leadership experience in operations or project execution with accountability for customer delivery and financial performance
• Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience focused on talent development and organizational capability building
