Senior Director of Integrations
Job Summary
Owning the entire post-sales integration lifecycle, the full-time Senior Director of Integrations will manage SOW validation, integration architecture, and delivery execution while leading a team of integration architects and engineers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Validate signed SOWs and ensure technical feasibility before integration builds commence
- Define integration architecture and scoping, setting standards for data models and sync patterns
- Oversee the integration engineering team through the build, UAT, and go-live phases, ensuring quality and reliability
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in integration delivery or implementation in higher education or B2B SaaS, with 3+ years leading technical teams
- Deep expertise in at least one major student information system, preferably with experience in CRM and SIS integrations
- Proven ability to validate SOWs, size efforts, and shape integration approaches with technical teams
- Technical fluency in REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, and data-pipeline orchestration
- Experience building and structuring technical delivery teams and establishing reliable processes
