Senior Director of Investor Relations

Job Summary

To support strategic investor engagement, the remote Senior Director of Investor Relations will manage the company's investor relations strategy, serve as a key advisor to executive leadership, and enhance relationships with investors and analysts while ensuring transparent communication of the company's financial performance and growth narrative.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the investor relations strategy to clearly communicate the company's performance and long-term value creation objectives
• Advise the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors on investor sentiment, market dynamics, and valuation drivers
• Lead investor communications, including earnings materials, presentations, and shareholder outreach initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Finance, or related capital markets disciplines, with a focus on technology or high-tech companies
• 5+ years of leadership experience in Investor Relations or a related function
• Significant experience with public-company investor relations, including earnings and analyst engagement
• Strong knowledge of SEC regulations and public-company reporting obligations
