Senior Director of Investor Relations

Job Summary

To enhance investor communications and governance practices, the full-time Senior Director of Investor Relations will manage relationships with financial stakeholders, develop investor materials, and prepare executive leadership for engagements, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, lenders, and rating agencies, ensuring clear communication and transparency
• Develop and deliver comprehensive investor materials, including quarterly reports and presentations, while aligning messaging across various departments
• Prepare executive leadership for high-stakes investor calls and meetings, educating them on market dynamics and governance standards

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or financial communications
• Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and investor expectations
• Proven ability to prepare executive-level materials, such as investor presentations and board updates
• Experience interacting with senior stakeholders and capital providers
• High integrity and sound judgment in handling sensitive financial information
