Senior Director of Lift Operations
Job Summary
Leading the development of a new Lift Experience Center of Excellence, the full-time Senior Director of Lift Operations will define and execute the enterprise strategy for Lift Operations and Scanning, focusing on safety, guest experience, and operational efficiency in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead the Lift Experience COE to enhance performance across Lift Operations and Scanning
- Define and execute the Lift Experience strategy, establishing priorities and measurable outcomes
- Develop resources and training systems to ensure consistent execution and long-term success
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in resort or lift operations
- Strong capability to influence and align diverse stakeholders in a complex organization
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate business priorities into actionable plans
- Demonstrated business, operational, and financial acumen
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
