Senior Director of Logistics

Job Summary

Leading the logistics organization, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Logistics will develop and execute a scalable logistics strategy for hydrogen transportation, ensuring safe and cost-effective operations while managing a team and overseeing significant logistics expenditures.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees the strategy and execution for the safe and reliable movement of hydrogen and related products to customers
• Partners with cross-functional teams to align logistics capabilities with business priorities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Drives continuous improvement and cost optimization across logistics operations, establishing and monitoring key performance indicators

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• 10+ years of logistics or supply chain experience, including leadership in complex, high-growth environments
• Deep expertise in transportation and logistics strategy, preferably within energy, industrial, or infrastructure sectors
• Proven experience negotiating and managing multi-year transportation and logistics agreements with significant contract values
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost optimization, and contract negotiation
