Job Summary
Providing leadership over oncology strategy, the full-time Senior Director of Oncology Strategy will monitor market trends, assess internal gaps, and incubate priority programs to enhance risk management capabilities, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain an external view of market, competitor, payer, regulatory, and oncology care-delivery trends
- Shape and launch priority new programs from concept through pilot, ensuring alignment with overarching frameworks
- Conduct recurring internal gap assessments of the oncology product against market needs and performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of healthcare management and/or consulting experience
- Strong strategy skills and experience in shepherding new ideas from design to conception
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Outstanding written and oral presentation skills
