Senior Director of Operations

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end operations for a new CPG beverage brand, the full-time Senior Director of Operations will manage commercialization, production, inventory, and logistics processes remotely while building scalable systems and partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Own operations from commercialization through production and customer delivery
• Build supply chain, vendor network, and operating processes to launch and scale the business
• Manage sourcing and external partners across ingredients, packaging, and transportation

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of operations, supply chain, or manufacturing experience, with at least 7 years in beverage
• Direct beverage manufacturing experience, preferably in RTD, non-alcoholic beverages, or spirits
• Experience managing products from commercialization through production and distribution
• Strong knowledge of production planning, sourcing, and inventory management
• Proven financial and operational judgment, including COGS and vendor negotiation
