Senior Director of Operations

Job Summary

Driving strategy execution and operational direction, the full-time Senior Director of Operations will lead the Operations function remotely, ensuring timely proposals and contractual documents while overseeing financial health and embedding AI and automation into processes to support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the operational direction of proposal development, contracting, and budgeting processes to ensure quality and efficiency
• Oversee the financial health of the business unit, including monitoring budgets, invoicing, and financial performance
• Drive technology-enabled operational excellence by setting standards and implementing AI and automation workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Extensive experience leading proposal management and commercial operations, including managing senior-level leaders
• Experience in consulting, healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical organizations preferred
• Proven track record of implementing AI and automation strategies to improve operational efficiency
• Strong background in project budgeting, pricing models, and financial analysis at an enterprise level
