Job Summary
Driving innovative analytics and measurement practices, the full-time Senior Director of Operations Analytics will lead the Property & Operations Analytics team, partnering with various departments to enhance operational performance and guest experience while working within Eastern or Central time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the analytics vision for Property & Operations in alignment with enterprise priorities
- Own measurement strategy for operations pilots and initiatives, translating results into insights for senior leaders
- Lead analytics oversight across Global Operations domains, ensuring analytics reflect operational realities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field required; Master's degree or MBA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in analytics, strategy, or operations with significant leadership responsibility
- Proven experience driving measurement and analytics in complex operational environments
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive analytics adoption in decision-making
- Hospitality or lodging operations experience required
