Job Summary
Leading the transformation of partner data operations, the full-time Senior Director of Partner Data will manage the integration and operations teams, ensuring efficient case resolution and partner enablement while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and define operating models and standards for the Partner Data Operations team, focusing on case management and system accuracy
- Drive automation and process redesign to reduce low-judgment case volume and enhance team productivity
- Serve as the strategic advisor for new partner onboarding, collaborating with partner IT and SIS teams to ensure successful integrations
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in data operations, technical support, or partner/customer success teams, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Technical fluency with data systems and integrations, including experience with SIS systems such as Slate, Banner, and Workday
- Experience in the ed-tech or higher education sector, particularly in a partner-based, data-intensive environment
- Proven track record of building or restructuring operations teams and establishing service-level standards
- Comfortable as a client-facing point of contact during technical onboarding discussions
