Senior Director of Partnerships
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Director of Partnerships to manage and scale the partnerships program at Crux, focusing on institutional relationships and operational infrastructure while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve the partnership program across channel/referral, product-enabled, and research & IP motions
- Build and run a repeatable partner acquisition program to expand the partner portfolio
- Manage and deepen relationships with institutional partners, negotiating commercial terms and executing joint go-to-market motions
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or alliance management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience building a structured partnership program from a growth stage
- Track record of owning revenue numbers tied to partner-sourced pipelines and managing commercial terms
- Deep experience managing enterprise relationships with complex institutional partners
- Strong cross-functional leadership capabilities to orchestrate across various teams
