Senior Director of Partnerships
Job Summary
To drive retention and growth within key partnerships, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Partnerships will manage business relationships with employee assistance program (EAP) partners, provide consultative recommendations, and develop client-specific engagement strategies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and nurture business relationships with a defined book of partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Offer strategic and consultative recommendations to help partner clients maximize the value of their EAP and/or wellness programs
- Collaborate with partner clients to develop and implement client-specific engagement strategies for EAP and/or wellness programs, driving satisfaction and program success
Required qualifications
- Ten (10) or more years of partnership management experience in health care, employee benefits, or insurance
- Stable employment history
- BS/BA degree
- Proficiency within the Microsoft Office Suite
