Senior Director of Partnerships

Job Summary

Leading the strategic partnership function, the full-time Senior Director of Partnerships will develop, manage, and optimize relationships with third-party providers and organizations while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and revenue growth objectives in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic partnership team and provide direction on partnership initiatives
• Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with corporate and product objectives
• Manage executive-level relationships and oversee partner onboarding, integration, and performance monitoring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Seven or more years of experience in strategic partnerships or related disciplines
• Experience in financial technology, banking technology, SaaS, or financial services preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex vendor and strategic partner relationships
• Strong understanding of partnership lifecycles and experience negotiating commercial agreements
