Senior Director of Partnerships

Job Summary

Leading the expansion of AI-native technical education, the full-time Senior Director of Partnerships will manage a portfolio of institutional funders and strategic partners, focusing on developing new relationships and cultivating existing ones to achieve significant revenue goals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own an annual revenue goal of approximately $40 million while managing a portfolio of around $100 million in partnerships
• Originate and build relationships with institutional funders, including foundations and corporate philanthropy, to secure multi-year commitments
• Lead the full partnership lifecycle from qualification to stewardship, ensuring alignment with partner expectations and outcomes

Required qualifications

• Proven track record of developing and closing complex institutional partnerships or philanthropic commitments in the multi six- to seven-figure range
• Deep experience with foundations or institutional funders, with established credibility and networks in relevant sectors
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to create compelling partnership proposals
• Experience in navigating complex decision-making processes and managing long sales or fundraising cycles
• Practical fluency with AI tools and a curiosity about their impact on education and workforce development
