Senior Director of People Solutions

Job Summary

Leading the technology and operational backbone of the People function, the full-time Senior Director of People Solutions will manage HR systems, People Analytics, and People Operations in a remote setting, ensuring a seamless employee experience and data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision and governance for HR systems, including Workday HCM and the applicant tracking system, while managing system configuration and optimization
• Build and lead the People Analytics function, delivering actionable insights and establishing a single source of truth for People data
• Oversee core People Operations processes, ensuring compliance with employment regulations and standardizing processes to support organizational growth

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, HR technology, or People analytics, including 5+ years in leadership roles
• Deep expertise with Workday HCM, including configuration, reporting, and release management
• Experience managing an applicant tracking system and its integrations
• Demonstrated success in building analytics capabilities and presenting insights to senior executives
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employment compliance, and data privacy requirements
